Rankings use a published 100-point formula (COA transparency 40, independent tests 25, regulatory record 20, policy clarity 15). We're setting up an affiliate relationship with DRYPtides; no link on this site earns a commission yet; DRYPtides is scored by the same formula.

- [Core Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/core-peptides-review): score 83/100, rank 1. As of October 2026, Core Peptides (corepeptides.com, since 2019) lists a lot number, test date, purity and COA PDF for each vial size on its product pages, tested by Vanguard Laboratory using HPLC; no mass-spec identity test is shown. Finnrick's public record shows 5 of 7 independent tests passed, all on GLP-1 compounds. It ships US-only, $12 by USPS Priority, free over $200.
- [True Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/true-peptides-review): score 75/100, rank 2. As of October 2026, True Peptides (true-peptides.com, True Labs LLC) runs a public COA database searchable by lot number, and its FAQ says the lot on the vial label matches the COA. Reports come from Optiq Health Labs and include RP-HPLC purity, LC-MS identity and measured net content (for example 9.89 mg on a 10 mg BPC-157 vial). It has no independent test record yet. 10 mg BPC-157 lists at $59 ($5.90/mg).
- [Penguin Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/penguin-peptides-review): score 74/100, rank 3. As of October 2026, Penguin Peptides (penguinpeptides.com, Penguin Peptides LLC, Wyoming) lists COA images per product and size on a lab-results page, and names Northline Analytical (Denver) on one batch page; the images were behind a bot check, so lots and methods weren't confirmed. Finnrick's public record shows 5 of 9 independent tests passed, all on GLP-1 compounds, and notes missing batch identifiers.
- [Ascension Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/ascension-peptides-review): score 70/100, rank 4. As of October 2026, Ascension Peptides (ascensionpeptides.com) posts batch-numbered COAs from Kovera Labs and MZ Biolabs on each product page (HPLC-UV-MS), with 87 records in its COA library. Finnrick lists it with no tests yet. Every product was shown on sale when we checked; 10 mg BPC-157 was $49 ($4.90/mg). It charges $15 shipping, free over $250, and all sales are final.
- [Biotech Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/biotech-peptides-review): score 70/100, rank 4. As of October 2026, Biotech Peptides (biotechpeptides.com) attaches a lot-specific COA to each product size, from MZ Biolabs using HPLC-UV-MS (BPC-157 10 mg lot 3140012: 99.88%). Finnrick lists it with no tests yet. 10 mg BPC-157 lists at $92 ($9.20/mg), with same-day shipping on orders before 1 PM PST.
- [Swiss Chems](https://vendorcoa.com/swiss-chems-review): score 70/100, rank 4. As of October 2026, Swiss Chems (swisschems.is) publishes 126 test reports, mainly from Janoshik Analytical and Freedom Diagnostics (HPLC and LC-MS), listed by batch code on product pages. Finnrick's public record shows 4 of 10 independent tests passed. The FDA sent Swiss Chems a warning letter in December 2024. It ships to the US and internationally, free over $100 in the US.
- [DRYPtides](https://vendorcoa.com/dryptides-review): score 65/100, rank 7. As of October 2026, DRYPtides (dryptides.com, DRYPtides LLC, Irvine, CA) publishes one certificate of analysis per product, 36 of 38 from Bioviridian Inc. showing RP-HPLC purity of 99.7-99.9% and MALDI-MS identity. The COAs are not matched to the lot you receive, all predate the store's October 2026 launch, and no independent test results are on file yet. It ships US-only by USPS ($5.99, free over $100) and lists 10 mg BPC-157 at $59 ($5.90/mg).
- [99 Purity Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/99-purity-review): score 60/100, rank 8. As of October 2026, 99 Purity Peptides (99puritypeptides.com, domain registered November 2025) publishes Optiq Health Labs certificates with RP-HPLC and LC-MS. About 15 different compounds share one batch number on its certificates page, and the COAs we opened name a different client, Wholesale Peptide Supply. It has no independent test record. 10 mg BPC-157 lists at $69.99 ($7.00/mg).
- [Core Research Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/core-research-peptides-review): score 60/100, rank 8. As of October 2026, Core Research Peptides (coreresearchpeptides.com, domain registered May 2026) publishes an HPLC and LC-MS report for each product, mostly from Janoshik Analytical, verifiable with Janoshik's key. Its COA library lists no lot numbers, so reports can't be matched to a vial, and it has no independent test record. It is not the same company as Core Peptides.
- [Spartan Peptides](https://vendorcoa.com/spartan-peptides-review): score 60/100, rank 8. As of October 2026, Spartan Peptides (spartanpeptides.com) publishes six COAs from MZ Biolabs (HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS), all carrying the same lot number, and emails batch COAs on request. It has no independent test record. Its prices are the highest in our index: 10 mg BPC-157 lists at $199 ($19.90/mg).
- [Atomik Labz](https://vendorcoa.com/atomik-labz-review): score 50/100, rank 11. As of October 2026, Atomik Labz (atomiklabz.com) says a COA is "available" on product pages but has no public COA library or named lab that we could reach. Finnrick's public record shows 35 of 44 independent tests passed (rating 69%). It has some of the lowest prices per mg we track, ships via UPS/FedEx with free shipping over $499, and charges a 20% restocking fee on returns.
- [Amino Asylum](https://vendorcoa.com/amino-asylum-review): not ranked (Closed). Amino Asylum is defunct: its old domain now serves unrelated gambling spam, and Finnrick's last test is from March 2025 (7 of 15 passed). A federal raid was reported in June 2025 but appears only in secondary sources; we found no FDA or DOJ record.
- [Limitless Life (Limitless Biotech)](https://vendorcoa.com/limitless-life-review): not ranked (Catalog is behind a login). As of October 2026, Limitless Life Nootropics, rebranding as Limitless Biotech, links separate purity, sterility and endotoxin COAs per batch on product pages, hosted on Google Drive, without naming the testing lab. Finnrick's public record shows 7 of 22 independent tests passed. Prices are hidden behind a login and some compounds are hidden from logged-out visitors, so it is listed but not ranked.
- [Modern Aminos](https://vendorcoa.com/modern-aminos-review): not ranked (Catalog is behind a login). As of October 2026, Modern Aminos (modernaminos.com) offers a public COA lookup by batch number, with a batch number and QR code on every vial, and names five testing labs including Vanguard Laboratory and Freedom Diagnostics. Finnrick's public record shows 5 of 6 independent tests passed, all on one compound. Its catalog and prices sit behind a login, so it is listed but not ranked.
- [Peptide Partners](https://vendorcoa.com/peptide-partners-review): not ranked (Catalog not reviewed yet). Peptide Partners (peptide.partners) received an FDA warning letter on August 24, 2026 that cited bacteriostatic water sold for reconstitution, a peptide calculator and disease-related website content. It was still selling when we checked on October 21, 2026. Finnrick lists 105 tests and a "payment problems" status. We haven't reviewed its catalog or COAs yet.
- [Peptide Sciences](https://vendorcoa.com/peptide-sciences-review): not ranked (Closed). Peptide Sciences (peptidesciences.com), long described as the largest US research-peptide vendor, stopped trading on March 6, 2026. Finnrick warns that purchases under the brand since then are fraudulent. Lookalike domains appeared within days of the closure.
- [Simple Peptide](https://vendorcoa.com/simple-peptide-review): not ranked (Catalog is behind a login). As of October 2026, Simple Peptide (simplepeptide.com, Melex Technologies Inc., Delray Beach, FL) runs a public COA archive searchable by lot number; COAs issued from May 2026 add sterility, endotoxin and net-peptide tests. Finnrick's public record shows 28 of 47 independent tests passed (rating 63%). Its catalog and prices require a login, so it is listed but not ranked.
- [Strate Labs](https://vendorcoa.com/strate-labs-review): not ranked (Closed). Strate Labs (stratelabs.com) has closed. Its homepage reads "StrateLabs has permanently closed", cites the regulatory landscape, and refers visitors to two other vendors. The brand still draws about 11,000 US searches a month (Ahrefs estimate, Oct 2026).
